Michael Pleckaitis
Director
Co-founder of Pioneer Films, Michael wrote, produced, and directed the feature films TREES and THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. Both of these films were well received by the public, the media, as well as by the author they parodied. They have achieved airing on both screen and television and are available as rentals or for purchase. Michael has also produced numerous training videos with a particular interest in children. In addition to which he has written and filmed several documentaries. His most recent documentary, It Came From Connecticut, is currently available for viewing at iFilm.com and will be released on DVD soon.
Communication/Video Production graduate of SCSU his work has already generated a program of study based upon his experiences & drive that has opened the world of film to many future writers and directors. Since graduating he has relentlessly followed the call through the mediums of film, television, cable, and direct to video founding two film companies and one animation studio on the way

Andrea Riofrio Pleckaitis
Production Manager
Ecuadoran dignity and sensuality are only two of the things Andrea brings to Revscope Pictures. With little effort she can pick the future stars out of an extensive lineup. Already two of her picks have gone on to work with Nickelodeon Movies and MTV Films. In addition she is a trained actor and dancer who can offer training and advice to actors on a wide range of areas to draw out the hidden talents of every cast member.
Andrea has moved into the role of production management came quite naturally. It's but a small step from managing your own business to managing the activities, placement and timing of cast and crew. And she does it with such charm she could never get a rejection.

Carl Frederick
Producer
Negotiating business arrangements, opening closed doors, securing film permits and insurance, building positive community and press relations; often times being the big picture holder; managing a budget that keeps the picture true to it's goal; taking the heat for restraining the director's vision, or for not secuing enough funding, or for over spending. These are some of the roles of a producer.
Carl's 13 years working in the entertainment industry at Viacom, and now MTV Networks translates well to Revscope. His experience in representing every creative aspect of a complex media giant; collecting a range of expertise in all forms of creative design from print to screen; and the connections that he has made, have been & will continue to be invaluable. He is a focused driver and targets and establishes meaningful goals, guiding projects to successful conclusions, while making others enjoy the ride getting there.
Joe Fortunato
Assistant Director
His was a career based on day-to-day video documenting for corporations and private nationwide competitions. Despite the fact that he has appeared on film, Joe's life begins behind the camera. His experience allows him to read the mind and needs of the director, whether it means lighting, cast coordination, or camera positioning.

Jen Dadika
Production Assistant
If anyone could have stepped out of a classroom directly into production, Jen is that person. She quickly tackeld the job of setting up equipment, manning the crane, manageing the dolly, even getting some hand-held camera time. Jen's ambition to be involved in every aspect of film production makes her incredibly invaluable to Revscope and her other ventures.
